This is not polished. This is not perfect. This is not polite.
The Grit Gospel is about healing even when it’s messy. It’s for the ones who’ve been told they’re too much, too angry, too broken, too far gone.
We know better. We know healing doesn’t always look like yoga and green juice. Sometimes it’s a scream in the car. Sometimes it’s crying on the floor. Sometimes it’s writing truth that shakes your own bones.
We are healing under the weight of systems designed to break us:
mental illness, white supremacy, patriarchy, capitalism—they weren’t made with us in mind.
But we are healing anyway. In our way. In our language. With our anger, our grace, our contradictions.
This is a gospel for the gritty. The unpretty. The still-here. Welcome.
